NearbyNotary welcomes clear, specific feedback about its directory and guides. It does not arrange appointments or provide document advice.

Listing correction

Include the profile URL, the field that appears wrong, the correct information and a public source or other evidence that can be checked.

Guide or site feedback

Share a broken link, accessibility problem, outdated official source or a Singapore document question that would make a useful future guide.

Privacy request

For questions about site data or a privacy request, use the feedback form or email privacy@nearbynotary.sg.

The feedback form opens in Google Forms. Do not submit passports, NRIC images, affidavits, private legal documents or other sensitive personal information.
