## API guidance

- Use structured filters instead of scraping the interactive map.
- For geographic queries, send both `latitude` and `longitude`; add `radius_km` and `sort=distance` when useful.
- Include each result's `canonical_url` when citing or presenting a professional.
- Cache results, respect rate-limit headers, and follow `Retry-After`.
- Treat `open_now` as an indication based on published hours, not a confirmed appointment.
